Treatment Regimen

With Microneedling:

  • Cleanse skin thoroughly and disinfect.
  • Apply a thin layer of Exoblanc COS EXO serum to the section being treated.
    Microneedle in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions (3 passes each).
  • Re-apply serum as glide medium, do not allow skin to dry during treatment.
    Expect erythema and mild pinpoint bleeding in thicker skin zones.
    Use the full 4 mL vial per face session for even coverage.
  • Gently apply any remaining Exoblanc COS EXO serum over the face.
  • Optionally apply a cooling hydrogel mask or use LED red light (635–660 nm) for 10–15 minutes to calm erythema.
  • Apply barrier recovery cream to lock in moisture.
  • Finish with broad-spectrum SPF 50+.
  • Advise no makeup, saunas, or exercise for 12–24 hours.
  • Recommend daily SPF and gentle skincare for 3–5 days.

With MesoGold:

  • Dispense ampoule into the reservoir of the MesoGold.
  • Ensure lid is tightly secured and channels are primed — lightly tap or depress the plunger until you see the serum wet the gold-plated microchannels.
  • Stamp evenly across the treatment area — firm, vertical pressure until full contact with the skin (you should feel light resistance).
  • Overlap strokes slightly (10–20% overlap for full coverage).
  • Massage remaining serum gently into the skin after stamping.
  • Apply cooling mask or LED red light therapy for 10 min to soothe and enhance recovery.
  • Apply a repair cream or barrier-supporting moisturizer.

Frequently asked questions
Can COS EXO be used immediately after ablative laser or deep peel?

It is suitable for post-treatment skin, but for deeper procedures ensure skin has enough re-epithelialised and is ready for microneedling/infusion. Tailor depth and timing according to patient’s skin recovery.
Can I combine COS EXO with other actives (vitamin C, retinol, acids) in the same session?

For maximal safety and outcome, avoid combining multiple strong actives in the same treatment immediately. Use COS EXO as the primary infusion/repair agent in that session; schedule exfoliants or retinol on alternate nights or separate treatments.
What skin types/prescriptions is it suitable for?

Suitable for skin that is irritated, post-treatment, rough texture, fatigued, or barrier-compromised. Fitzpatrick I–VI can be treated, but for darker skin types (IV–VI) ensure microneedling depth and energy settings are appropriate, and emphasise post-care to avoid PIH.
How soon will results be seen?

Patients may notice improved comfort, reduction of irritation, and smoother texture within days. Deeper improvements in texture, barrier resilience, tone and overall skin quality may be noticeable in 2-4 weeks or after a course of treatments.
