Treatment Regimen
With Microneedling:
- Cleanse skin thoroughly and disinfect.
- Apply a thin layer of Exoblanc COS PN serum to the section being treated.
Microneedle in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions (3 passes each). - Re-apply serum as glide medium, do not allow skin to dry during treatment.
Expect erythema and mild pinpoint bleeding in thicker skin zones.
Use the full 4 mL vial per face session for even coverage. - Gently apply any remaining Exoblanc COS PN serum over the face.
- Optionally apply a cooling hydrogel mask or use LED red light (635–660 nm) for 10–15 minutes to calm erythema.
- Apply barrier recovery cream to lock in moisture.
- Finish with broad-spectrum SPF 50+.
- Advise no makeup, saunas, or exercise for 12–24 hours.
- Recommend daily SPF and gentle skincare for 3–5 days.
With MesoGold:
- Dispense ampoule into the reservoir of the MesoGold.
- Ensure lid is tightly secured and channels are primed — lightly tap or depress the plunger until you see the serum wet the gold-plated microchannels.
- Stamp evenly across the treatment area — firm, vertical pressure until full contact with the skin (you should feel light resistance).
- Overlap strokes slightly (10–20% overlap for full coverage).
- Massage remaining serum gently into the skin after stamping.
- Apply cooling mask or LED red light therapy for 10 min to soothe and enhance recovery.
- Apply a repair cream or barrier-supporting moisturizer.
- Finish with broad-spectrum SPF 50+ (especially crucial given the brightening actives).
- Advise no makeup, saunas, or exercise for 12–24 hours.
- Recommend daily SPF and gentle skincare for 3–5 days.
Frequently asked questions
Can COS PN be used right after an ablative laser or deep peel?
Yes, provided the skin is sufficiently re-epithelialised and the clinic protocol allows microneedling/infusion at that stage. COS PN is well suited to barrier repair and hydration, which is beneficial post-procedure. Adjust depth and device settings accordingly.
Can COS PN be combined with other strong actives (e.g., retinoids, Vitamin C, brightening agents) in the same session?
For best safety and outcome, use it as the main infusion/ampoule for that session. Avoid layering multiple aggressive actives in the immediately treated session; schedule those actives in subsequent or alternate sessions.
